Hopper St is where we roast and distribute coffee for our New Zealand based cafe customers. A small espresso bar serves coffee to the public out front and tucked in behind is our roasting R&D lab. From our R&D lab, our Roasting team oversees our coffee offering – developing our Cafe blends, selecting new Retail Coffees and managing our coffee quality control programme. Hopper St is also the nucleus for our Lower North Island wholesale service housing a full Technical Support Department, Customer Care, Accounts and Training Team, and of course Roasting and Dispatch Departments.
