The 100 series features the DTC (dual temprature control) system which allows the machine to hold a stable temperature during peak times as well as quiet ones. A water mixing regulator keeps hot water at a much cooler temperature, so no waiting for that long black water to cool off. The 100 Series is available in both volumetric and semi automatic options.
